CEBoK™ PRICING

The SCEA Cost Estimating Body of Knowledge (CEBoK™) CD-Based Training System significantly expands on the information included in our previous training system, CostPROF. It is the single-most comprehensive cost resource available, with information divided into five logical units comprising sixteen study modules, and is designed for individual or group study.

Pricing for CEBoK is structured so that it may be ordered CD-based in single copies, in multiple
individual copies, or as a server loadable system for use across a corporation or government organization:

  • Individual License for single copy of software: $230 for SCEA Members and $330 for Non-Members.

  • Unlimited Use Enterprise License (Intranet Hosted)
    1. Software to be hosted on one or more corporate servers instead of individual CDs. User is responsible for software installation.
    2. Available for $12,500. Contact SCEA National Office for details.
    3. Multi-year payment terms available.

  • Defined Quantity Enterprise License
    1. Pricing based on estimated number of analysts who will access CEBoK over 24-month period, multiplied by unit price from Multiple Copy Schedule, divided by 2. Pricing starts at 20 users.
    2. License can be by site or across all company locations (enterprise).
    3. Licensee pledges to protect SCEA copyrighted materials and not allow copying to individual CD.
    4. License is for current version of CEBoK (Version 1.0) and entitles user to maintenance releases at no charge. New versions of CEBoK (functionality enhancements) will be made available to user for an upgrade fee based on scope of enhancement.
    5. Limited two-year agreement.

  • CostPROF Upgrade Discounts
    • If you purchased CostPROF 2008/2009, you can upgrade to CEBoK at the price of $35. For purchases made in 2007, the upgrade fee is $75. For earlier purchases, the upgrade fee is $120.
